The Bob Gurr Custom Roast

You can't go wrong with Bobs favorite.

Burundi Gahahe

Sumatra coffees are known for their processing method. Rather than washed or natural, these beans go through a semi-washed, or wet-hulled process that is a combination of the prior two. After the coffee has been picked, it is pulped through a hand-cranked drum that removes almost all of the fruit and mucilage from the bean. After fermentation, the rest of the pulp is washed from the beans.

Santa Clara is located in the southern slopes of the Antigua
Valley, between 5,100 and 6,000 feet, is privileged to have one of the finest volcanic soils to produce specialty coffee.

The hand picked fruit is processed and washed in a traditional mill with crystal clear water. Then patiently sun dried for days in patios, giving each bean a distinctive blue-green color. This sun dried coffee has the highest standards of quality in Antigua.
